This past Sunday was the debut of Mars Guitars, a new quintet led by Mars Williams on reeds, Peter Maunu, Brian Sandstrom and Steve Marquette on electric guitars and yours truly on drums and percussion.

I will be back at The Owl on Sunday, October 25th w/ The Mars Williams Quartet as part of Mars’ month-long Sunday residency. Additionally, I will be joining Dave Rempis (reeds), Peter Maunu (guitar, violin, mandolin) and Albert Wildeman (double bass) at Splice Series at Chicago’s Beat Kitchen on Wednesday, November 4th.
